We have received a new coffee called Fuji, a symbol of Japan, from an area surrounded by Mount Chirripo, the highest peak in Costa Rica!
Chirripo is located on the eastern edge of the state of San José, where the capital is located.
It has the smoothness and sweet aftertaste that is typical of Chilipo.
You can also feel the elegant richness and bitterness.
You can really feel that this is "FUJI"!
This is the Don Mayo Bonilla family, who support this FUJI farmland.
Hector, his son Jose (younger brother), and Pablo (older brother).
This time, after some deliberation, we are introducing this "dark roast" and another "medium roast". We highly recommend trying them and comparing them!
