Specialty Coffee Shop Mamebo
Specialty coffee is a term for the highest grade of coffee available based on international standards.
The growing and harvesting methods are strictly monitored, and only the beans that scored above standard during cupping can be called specialty coffee.
The production of specialty coffee accounts for less than 5% of total coffee production in the world. Among the 5%, we visited and selected raw coffee beans grown by trust-worthy coffee producers from 7 countries and over 30 growing locations throughout.

Coffee Shop Mamebo started with the following two concepts:
1. Pouring all the passion and thoughts into every cup of coffee
2. Always have your favorite coffee as a companion
The founder hopelessly fell in love with coffee and would like to open a shop which completely focuses on coffee to spread the love and dedication of coffee to all the customers in the world.
In October, 2009, Coffee Shop Mamebo opened as a specialty coffee shop. It is a small shop quietly situated near the Hirose River where customers can feel the change of seasons.
Coffee Shop Mamebo wants to be the medium to connect people who wants to taste authentic coffee and coffee farmers who put their hearts and souls to make the best quality of coffee beans possible.
