Oh, I want to go again!
This coffee tree has white coffee flowers that smell like jasmine and red berries.
The so-called coffee beans with their shells are contained inside the red fruit with the pulp removed.

Talas is a major production area that boasts 40% of Costa Rica's coffee production.
A little while ago, farms began to appear in Taras that overturned the conventional wisdom about cultivation limits in the region.
Until now, we have delivered the harvested coffee cherries to the agricultural cooperative, but that would result in them being mixed with those from other producers. They wanted to carry out production that emphasized quality, and established a micro mill to finish parchment coffee (coffee with husks) by themselves.
La Roca is said to be derived from Cerro La Roca (Mt. Roca) seen from the mill (Roca means "rock").
